If you wanted your own QR code to navigate you to a certain url of a website, you could use this site: http://www.qrstuff.com/

Enter your desired URL, create a QR code out of it and place it on the viewer. You will be responsible for this type of QR code as we have no authority over external additions / websites so, please test this carefully.

Please note that the QR code needs to stay black on white, otherwise there might be some issues with QR code while scanning
