Using NFC tags

One of the most frequent questions we are asked is how to include your own content in the Google Cardboard. One of those options is to include NFC tags in each unit. NFC tags work by allowing you to enter a URL of an app or website into the tag. When an NFC enabled device touches the tag it navigates to the URL e.g. it would take them to an AppStore download.

It’s important to understand that every tag needs to be programmed, so this could be a better option when you don’t have so many units to distribute.
